Cleve Tuck - President
Cleve is the president of Advanced Machining Inc. and has worked in the
nuclear industry for over 23 years. Experiences include a highly
regulatory
background in the nuclear industry including RCRA, NCR. Managed
Transuranic waste characterization facilities where new processes were
implemented, including WIPP- waste isolated pilot plant shipping, headspace
gas sampling, gas generation testing and transuranic waste repack, all
which like any new product development required an independent validation
for operations.
Very high standard of quality requirements, Cleve
managed
multiple facilities and operations which included more than 100 hourly
and salary personnel, in a complex regulated environment.
Cleve
looks

controlled machine shops in the rocky mountain region.
Joe
Chughtai - Vice President
Graduated from CU Boulder in 1993 with at degree in Physics, and as
a senior helped conceptualize, design, manufacture and market a stair
shim
that today AMI sells about 1.5 million units per year of.
20 years
of plastic
injection molding and precision machining experience, with a specialty
in
3 axis milling.
Currently in charge of work allocation and production
at AMI.
As the production manager at AMI I am committed to customer satisfaction,
and constantly strive to make sure the parts we produce are on time
and exceed our customers expectations.
Clint Tuck -
Treasurer
Clint finished his Bachelors degree in Science in 1981. He started
metal working in 1982 at Rocky Flats. In 1985 he finished a 3 year
metallurgical process operator progression program working with various
weapons program metals. He then worked 4 more years as a metallurgical
operator. In 1991 he finished a 3 year apprentiship program in sheet
metal. He left Rocky Flats in 1998 to work full time at Advanced Machining
as a machinist and the treasurer, and has been there since. His focus
is on the CNC lathe as well as helping manage the day to day financial
and business operations of AMI.
Court
Tuck - Secretary
Court has 20 years of experience in the nuclear industry supervising
crews
during production and decommission. Court has many years of
experience in a high quality demanding job and is the second shift
manager.
